Human Complement Reagents Proteins
Each complement protein from Quidel has been tested for functional purity in standard hemolytic assays and for biochemical purity by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The concentration of each complement protein, except for Factor D and C3a, is approximately 1.0 mg/mL.
